Host a retreat with all the tools, advice and support you could ever need

Planning a retreat can be overwhelming - whether it’s built around yoga, a good book or bringing your leadership team together. Here’s everything you need to know to start creating a retreat your guests will never forget

When can we fit you in?

Currently, we’re fully booked for weekend retreats until the end of 2026.

If mid-week suits you and your community better, we have lots of free dates to accommodate you – and our pricing is a little less from Sunday to Thursday. (Check our pricing calculator this way.)

Planning ahead for 2027? Now is a great time to lock in your preferred dates.

Please note, we do have a 2-night minimum stay.

How many guests are you bringing?

We have two neighbouring houses on the one property, which gives you lots of flexibility with guest numbers. Together, both houses sleep 18 in total, including retreat leaders. Rooms can typically be configured as singles or doubles, depending on guest types.

“Rebecca has obviously nursed a few yoga teachers through their first retreats and held their hands a little bit. She was always available, super responsive and as helpful as she could be [to me] and when I was booking my first retreat, she gave me little pointers on what she might suggest for pricing or room configurations; all those things that when you’re hosting a retreat for the first time, you’re not really sure of. She was awesome to bounce ideas off and shed light on what she’d seen work with other hosts.”

— Georgia, yoga instructor

How to price your retreat

We charge a per-night rate which includes the whole house (or both houses if you’re using both), all the grounds and every shared space (such as the barn, decks, plunge pool etc).

Our rates start at $1575 per night at Curraweena House (from Sunday to Thursday). For Friday and Saturday nights, rates are $1750 per night. If you need to sleep up to 18 people, rates start at $2400 per night for Curraweena House and Bell View House together (mid-week), and $2650 per night for Friday / Saturday nights. All rates are plus GST.

To get a better idea of how to work out guest pricing and your profits, have a play with our retreat pricing calculator. It enables you to price your retreat based on headcount (for both 2026 and 2027 pricing), add catering and work out your overall profit.

Are you a first-time retreat leader?

Don’t stress! Here’s our step-by-step guide to booking and running a retreat to make sure nothing is forgotten. And once you have a successful retreat under your belt, you’ll have a blueprint for any future events you want to host.

  • “Beautiful from top to bottom. This place has so much to offer any retreat theme. Spaces for all your guests to be away from it all, and places to gather. The service and support is something I’ve never experienced before, and it makes the whole process lighter.”

    Meagan, Inexcusably Me

  • "We needed a venue that were big enough to have a kind of small group of women, but also feel like you had your own space. That's how we came across Curraweena and it just ticked all the boxes."

Annabel, reading retreat leader at Bound & Co

  • “Being close to Sydney is really good - for a weekend retreat, I think people like to stay close, it takes a lot of the strain off financially if they don’t have to pay for an airfare, too”

    Agnesa, Nutritionist and yoga practitioner
